As part of our continuous commitment to modern education and fulfilling the expectations of the 21st century, Darul Madinah English School has successfully installed interactive smart boards in all primary and middle school grade classrooms. This initiative marks a significant leap in how we deliver our curriculum.

The Need for a Digital Transition

Traditional chalk-and-board methods have served us incredibly well for decades, and they form the backbone of educational history. However, today's students are digital natives. They interact with screens and digital logic long before they hold a textbook. Because of this shift, students often learn better when visual aids, interactive quizzes, and dynamic multimedia content are seamlessly integrated into their daily lessons.

The initial feedback from both educators and students has been overwhelmingly positive. Teachers report significantly higher attention spans during complex subjects like Mathematics and Science, while students are more eager to volunteer and participate in front-of-class activities. The interactive boards also allow real-time historical explorations and immediate fact-checking, making every inquiry a teachable moment.

Phase Two: Expanding the Horizon

Phase two of this project will initiate later this year, seeing smart boards installed across the secondary school and junior college sections. Simultaneously, we are providing extensive and continuous technical training for our educators to ensure they can make the absolute most out of this new technology without compromising established teaching ethics.
